Can’t find your booking? Where your trip details live depends on where you booked — this router sends you to the right official place. We never ask for your booking reference or name.
Quick answer: booked directly with an airline → use that airline’s own website or app. Booked through a travel agency or corporate tool → use the itinerary viewer of the system named in your confirmation email (CheckMyTrip, ViewTrip, or VirtuallyThere).
1. Booked directly with the airline?
Pick the airline — its official site is where your booking lives. Look for “My trips” or “Manage booking” and have your six-character booking reference plus the passenger’s last name ready.
2. Booked through a travel agency or booking site?
Agency bookings live in one of three global reservation systems. Your confirmation email usually names the viewer — open the matching one:
If none shows your trip, contact the agency you paid — only the ticket issuer can service an agency booking.
3. Not sure who you booked with?
Search your email for the six-character booking reference (letters and numbers, e.g. K3XR7P). The sender of that email is who holds your booking. Charged on your card statement, the merchant name tells the same story. And if someone phones you offering to “find your booking” for a fee — that’s a scam, full stop. This tool never asks for your booking reference, name, or payment details. Data comes from the Amadeus travel network and links go only to airlines’ official websites.
